1. Services Provided

Cornish Cleans offers professional residential cleaning services & commercial cleaning services.

2. Booking and Payment

- All bookings and payments are processed online through our secure payment system.

- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking and payment.

- You will only be charged for services that have been completed. If a scheduled cleaning service has not been performed, you will not be charged.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee of £50.

4. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

- If you are not completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will arrange for a re-clean of the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

5. Refunds

- If a service has not been performed and you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately. We will process a full refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

- Refunds for dissatisfaction with the service will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Our primary goal is to rectify any issues through a re-clean.

6. User Conduct

- You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

- You agree not to engage in any conduct that could harm our business, reputation, or other users.
